As a graphic designer, I have worked with clients in the UK and around the world to produce posters, brochures and marketing material for a variety of audiences. My main focus over the years has been the creative arts and I’ve been lucky enough to get to work with a number of theatre groups to design for such productions as ‘The King and I’, ‘Dirty Rotten Scoundrels’ and ‘Oliver!’.
In fact, this is where I began as a graphic designer, working with a local theatre group in my home town of Melton Mowbray to design posters and brochures for their production. I studied graphic design as part of my undergraduate degree at the University of Lincoln and for four years following graduation I worked with as a graphic designer for a broad range of clients through my business, Tall Lime.
You will notice that over the years I have also built up an interest in illustration and some examples of my work are featured below. This is an aspect of design I would like to take further in the future and would welcome any opportunity to work on an illustrative project.
You can see examples of my graphic design and illustration work below. If you’d be interested in working with me on a commission then do get in touch, I’d love to hear from you.
I have a broad range of experience and interests which stretch across the creative industries, from broadcasting to writing, design and development. I’m the author of two novels, the presenter of a syndicated country music programme which airs on stations across the UK and an established web designer and developer, with a number of national and international websites and mobile apps to my name. I am currently the Digital Education Developer for the College of Arts at the University of Lincoln, where I support and promote the adoption of digital tools for teaching and learning.
